At 10zTrove, each product is uniquely crafted. Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns at this time.

 

⭐How Long Does It Take to Ship?

Production and shipping times vary depending on the item:

• If the item is currently in stock, we aim to ship within 7 business day.
• For custom products, please allow 8–14 business days for production and an additional 8–10 business days for delivery.
• Need it sooner? you can do whatapp us to get quick delivery. Note: charges will apply.

⭐Issues or Complaints

If there’s any issue with your order, such as damage, defects, or incorrect items, please reach out to us within 7 days (by sharing query on whatsapp) of receiving your package. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate complaints received after this time frame.
